Very poorly staffed.. store was a mess and could get anybody to assist you. Lots of people wanting to check out on the men's side with no cashier. When asked if they had anyone lady responded "I'm being called to the women's side to cashier they have a long line". Said maybe they need to open down here as well with all these people she said sorry not my problem, try customer services desk. One guy working there with already a line. Needless to say several of us put our things down and left.
I had trouble finding a nice shirt at a reasonable price. Need to shop their sales.
The clerk was not very nice she didn't give me my coupon back she didn't offer me the take 15 that's been advertised she didn't offer me the little card because I was paying with my credit card I was very disappointed and I will not return to the Round Lake store ever again I will continue with the McHenry store because at least they know what they are doing the lady that helped me out was a Mexican descent or Spanish descent and she obviously was not trained properly because my coupon was good until Thursday and it doesn't matter how many times I use it it was always given back when I ask for it back she said no you can't have it so with that being said I will not return to the Round Lake store again
Fast, but when I asked for a bag for the merchandise, clerk placed the bag on the counter. "Thanks for shopping with us, or have a good day" would have been appreciated as well as bagging my items. Yuck.
